Orders, Shipping & Return Policy

Order Processing Time

Most in-stock items ship within 3–7 business days after your order is placed. Made-to-order pieces, items requiring resizing, or pieces that are temporarily out of stock generally ship within 1–3 weeks, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you need your order by a specific date or have a rush request, please contact us at sales@sebanticollection.com and we will do our best to prioritize your shipment.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Montreal, Canada. For security reasons, some shipments may require a signature upon delivery. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, Sebanti Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Sebanti Collection is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Recipient not being available to receive or sign for the package,
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout,
  • Weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is returned to Sebanti Collection due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or non-collection from a pickup point, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for any re-shipment.

International Orders

We are pleased to serve clients around the world. Please note the following terms for international shipments:

  • Duties, taxes, and fees: Prices and shipping charges shown at checkout do not include customs duties, import taxes (including VAT), brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs requirements.
  • Sebanti Collection is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or inspections in the destination country.
  • If an order is refused at delivery due to customs fees, duties, or local restrictions, any costs incurred (including return shipping and associated fees) will be charged to the customer or deducted from any eligible refund.

Returns & Exchanges – 14-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Sebanti piece. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of the date your order is marked as delivered.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in new, unworn condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • All original packaging (jewelry box, pouch, certificates, and any included accessories) must be returned.
  • Returns must be shipped back in secure, protective packaging, ideally the original shipping box.

Before sending anything back, please contact us at sales@sebanticollection.com within the 14-day period, indicating your order number and the item you wish to return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and eligibility confirmation.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether it meets our return conditions.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or issued as store credit, depending on your preference and the nature of the purchase.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Unless otherwise specified by our team, return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (for a different size, length, or another style), please contact us within 14 days of delivery. In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item first and then place a new order, depending on availability and customization.

Purchases & Promotions

  • Items purchased before the start of a promotion or sale are not eligible for retroactive discounts or price adjustments.
  • Some promotional items and “last chance” pieces may be marked as final sale. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Gift cards and e-gift cards,
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces,
  • Engraved or personalized jewelry (including initials, names, dates, or special messages),
  • Rings or bracelets ordered in custom sizes outside our standard offering,
  • Any item explicitly marked as “final sale” on the product page at the time of purchase.

Repairs

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry. Sebanti Collection guarantees its pieces against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.

During this period, if we determine that a defect is due to our workmanship, we will repair the piece at no additional cost. We reserve the right to evaluate each piece and to refuse repair if we believe the damage is caused by misuse, accidental impact, normal wear and tear, or improper care.

After 30 days, we are happy to assist with repairs for an additional fee, which will be quoted based on the nature of the work required, plus shipping and handling.
