An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to:

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs are outlined in our Orders, Shipping & Return Policy. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Sebanti Collection is not responsible for loss, delays, stolen packages, or incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Our return window is 14 days from the date the order is marked as delivered. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Items such as custom-made jewelry, engraved pieces, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Full details can be found in our Return Policy.

8. Gift Cards

All Sebanti Collection gift cards (physical or electronic) are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Gift cards do not expire.

9. Warranty & Repairs

Sebanti Collection guarantees its craftsmanship for 30 days after purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use.

After the 30-day period, repairs may be offered for a fee. Please contact us for an evaluation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sebanti Collection is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. This includes, but is not limited to:
